"Mark Girsh was the General Contractor on our build of a custom designed modern house in Princeton, NJ. There are a few reasons I would recommend him highly as a GC. 1) He's honest. After the build he stood by his warranty and was there for 5 years as we ironed out any issues we had. 2) He's reasonably priced. There are some firms which will underprice the project and then increase the price with change orders. He did not do that. His pricing was reasonable at the beginning and stayed that way. 3) He's good at what he does. We had a problem with a sub-contractor who custom-made a stainless steel railing showcased in our great room. Mark took care of it. He's got initiative, doesn't make excuses and does what he says he'll do. For all these reasons, I could not recommend a GC more highly."
